I am in Morgan Hill as well and am having the EXACT same problems you are. Im lucky to get 800kb/sec (I am paying for 5Mb/sec) on a good night but my pings are horrible.
2 techs have come to my house and found nothing wrong with the line but suggested I get a refund from charter. Sub contractor came out, said the line was fine (actually kind of funny this whole ordeal is).

I am at my wits end right now with Charter. Hell, I have only been a customer of theirs for a little over month. That is just terrible...
Sad thing about Morgan Hill is that we have 0 alternatives. I have toyed with the idea of starting to write letters to the elected officials to see if we as a city can get something better. Not sure how much of a difference its going to make but heck, I am tired of being so accomodating to charter...
I think I am going to start polling my neighbor's connections to see how widespread this problem in Morgan Hill is...  |
