Re: Spectrum issues Definately not enough for nation wide but they bought pretty large chunks of the midwest and east coast along with Hawaii. They got 20mHz REAs for the Northeast, Southeast, Great Lakes, and Mississippi Valley. 7 20 MHz CMAs in Louisiana and 1 20 MHz BEA in Lake Charles, LA and 1 20 MHz BEA in Honolulu, HI. They got a total of 13 (fairly large) markets/population for their money. The biggest spender in this auction was T-Mobile spending $4 Billion on 120 Markets. Definately shows that they are looking to build their own nationwide network.
