bjbrock join:2002-10-28 Mcalester, OK	Oversaturation is real for many ISP's. My provider, Allegiance Cable in McAlester OK, is oversaturated. In the evening hours my 3MB connection will drop to as low as 200K. ISP's with oversaturated systems who continue to sell more services should be dealt with as contract breakers. My ISP is definitely not keeping their end of the contract up. If I could afford to do so, I would sue them. They take my money but don't provide what I am paying for. How many other ISP's are there who are jerking their customers like this?!

According to the contract, do they guarantee that they will have service at all? Most ISP contracts state something like "Best Effort" but no guarantees on anything at all. -- DSL Extreme 6.0
