We hate having to say "I'm sorry, we don't have a direct number. Call your local Cablevision office number." I say that 20 times a day.<br><br>Here's a hint. Got Optimum Voice? Dial 611. That takes you right to tech support. Bypasses all of the phone routing stuff. We have to have that there by law.]]></description>
