Yeah the low bitcaps are terrible. So much for using any of the latest legal media downloads, like joost, etc.

@cgocable.net		 I have to agree re frustration of recently enforced bitcaps. The real irony is that in our community (outside of Guelph), most customers are DSL anyway.
