<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/456408"><b>DaneJasper</b></A> : It's basically a 10Gbps pipe.<br><br>However, the way that AT&T builds SONET, it could actually be an OC-192 ring, BUT the ISP could just be actually buying a much smaller portion - 1 gig, for example.
