outage, not really, but something wrong again,
"an outage is HSD and CATV completely out"
like night before last, when t/w denied any problems.
and when i was barely able to get a connection i went to this site to run a line quility test.
results as follow's ALL FAILED
SIMPLE PING LOSS CHECK:25% loss
LOW BANDWITH 28% LOSS
MEDIUM BANDWITH 30% LOSS, AND T/W CLAIMS NO PROBLEMS.
now consider, i didn't stay up all night rewireing my house,
i didn't go to walmart and buy a new modem at 2am.
WHO'S PROBLEM IS IT? of course i printed out a copy
of this report and documented this problem, as well as last nights,i think the franchising authority of daviess county
ky will be interested in the complaint once i get
enough documention,should take under a month the
way things are going with t/w.also i will be filing
a complaint with the BBB on 24/sept/07 and will
be refiling every time there is an out that t/w denies.
may i suggest that local and national communicate
with each other better 24/7 so that the left hand knows
what the right hand is doing.lastly i do understand
server's going out with no warning,so why not just have
a recording saying that t/w is aware of the problem,
instead of just dening it,or just not answering the phone.
this is all i have to say on this subject at this time,
i think i have spelled it out vary clearly.however
knowing that you will probably keep this going i will end
by saying

| 2 TWC employees live off ur same node, neither have issues. have you had a service call to replace ur outlet/drop etc?
also, u havent posted any levels recently... and what about ur MAC? i could look it up and see if anything is wrong
also, u switched to AT&T awhile back, why did u go with TW again when u left the first time? |

geeez....go easy on this guy. Just because you are a slave for tw doesn't mean they are the be all end all. TW sucks. I have em and have the same problems, except my service is supposed to be 10/1 Extreme. My service slows down to 500 kbps every afternoon and all night. Early daytime is maybe 2000 kbps but never better. I have been refunded anything I've paid TW over 5 months. In fact, they pay me monthly just to stay with them. |
