Bogus Microsoft Security Bulletin

Received this email this morning (I am on MS's Security Bulletin emailing list) which from the text (and also the "Message Source" details) is obviously spam and bogus.

Contacted Microsoft Sydney who are investigating.

 According to a fresh submit of that file WindowsUpdate.exe to Virus Total, only a 50% detection.
