Since SR didn't challenge the dispute is it legal for them to just charge the card again? What would be the point of disputing the charge in the first place. Proper procedure needs to be followed not what would be cheaper for the company.
Looks like this would be an unauthorized charge to me. | |

The people that paid for buy one get one, total 2 years, were jerked around with a play with words and lost credit for the second year term. The company SR folded, not the customer. | |
