Yes, I agree. Technically it is unauthorized. I was just saying if it was me, I would let them have the money and not bother. If you dispute the $80.22 you will probably get the money back.

Voip.com Issues

I agree with 1961. You got service, net result a fair credit.
The people that paid for buy one get one, total 2 years, were jerked around with a play with words and lost credit for the second year term. The company SR folded, not the customer.
