Well it's funny I should have updated this...
They had a power outage and were down for a LONG time.
Had a real hard time getting ahold of them, then they finally checked my server and the power supply was shot.... hmmmm
I have been trying to get my server and firewall back without success, wish I knew someone in Detroit who could go pick it up.
Been tempted to call the Police and get it recovered, they are not returning my calls/emails.
My firewall is still up, I can get logged into it.
AND I still get bills however I am not paying them!

| I'm having problems with them right now...
My server is down and has been for the past hour or so.
A few months ago they place apparently got struck by lightning, so it was down. Then a fiber cable got cut by some construction near the facility and it was down again. Now it's down and I don't know why and my server admin can't get through. I really don't know about these guys... |

| Well my server just arrived the other day COD.
No email other than the DHL notification.
They needed a certified check, what a PITA.
I ended up going to the airport to bail it out of jail so it is home now.
I guess I am happy to have my server back however I can no longer reccomend Waveform, even if just for a somewhat non critical need.
