Re: [Info] Where can I donate a car? I recently donated a vehicle to the American Foundation for the Blind through Cars4Charities. I've been a long time supporter of AFB and have also volunteered for them. I can honestly say that it is a fine and upstanding organization.
I called up the 800# that was given to me and someone came to my house two days later to pick up the vehicle. They then sent me paperwork in the mail. (It was interesting, though. They valued the vehicle at the maximum the blue book allowed. They even quoted more options than were actually in the vehicle.)
Here's the link to 'em... They support other organizations, too. I just picked AFB because of my affiliation with them.
