i'd pay it...Dump my comcast 6mbps tier for a lesser, no signal headache type connection. Now if i could only get them to build a CO close to me!

They are giving me such a hassle on switching here in Michigan. They are such liars, saying that it is unavailable to existing customers. Some moron even tried giving me an analogy to buying a car. EX...you buy a car at one price and then find out a few weeks later that it is now a different price and thats what you paid for it. I told her that I'm sorry but governmental mandates don't work like that. She got a bit pissed at me.

I don't know what to tell her, but I can tell you that this one is going to the BBB. This is pathetic.

That's going to apply to a lot of us. I'd drop my Cox line in a heart beat if AT&T was close to my house.

Don't wish too hard, you could get a nice RT across the street from you that will go more than FIVE years without DSL service being available from it.
