How to Get $23.99 AT&T Dry Loop DSL > SE Mich?

mjwise join:2007-05-09 Ann Arbor, MI	SE Mich? This appears to be available in AT&T ILEC areas of southeast michigan but the "DSL direct" folks said DSL wasn't shown as available at all at my address! One problem - I have AT&T lineshare DSL right now and have for months. The rep put in an engineer's note for me to test the circuit within the week to see if they can offer DSL on the line (umm...yeah) but I'm dubious.
