Does AT&T shut you off like Comcast for using 200+ GB in one month?

I might even call Comcast and tell them I am seriously considering going to AT&T DSL, if they don't shut you off like Comcast does. I can hear them now "but Comcast offers faster speed then DSL" and I will say "But AT&T doesn't shut you off if you use lots of bandwith" and maybe they will give me a deal for staying.

Its worth a shot... new customers are becoming more scarce, and Comcast (as well as others) might offer retention pricing.
