Seriously, though, there's a reason Charter is in financial trouble: they're incompetent. Sure, you might be provisioned for a very high speed, but as experience in my town shows, you'll be lucky to achieve half that on a good day. Charter consistently rates at the bottom of customer satisfaction surveys for a reason.
