When i had my NEW 5 LNB DISH & hd RECIEVER INSTALLED (2005)h20,MODEL 600, I made up a list of all "my favorite channels-normally watch,(then list2 was 10-15 PPV)
then clicked on favorites & REMOVE ALL
NOW because of the new hd channels including some starz,
I (first) revised my list to include ALL HD/and test channels channels.
Then un plugged my reciever,(had a cple of sips of TExaaaasssss coffee,bounced off the wall hit the ceiling,goooood coffee
3rd
now am waiting,after turning on & hitting reset,then put in the DTV UPDATE CODE let software re download &
lastly will re install all my FAVORITS channel again.
that way hopefully all new channet will be installed & only have to add the newer HD channels when they come on board.

Re: is anyone getting the new channels yet • I have the "everything" package + MLB EI + HD. The SD channels are there.
• I have not received the new BBCs yet. Maybe tomorrow. I talked to D* yesterday and the lady said to replace the BBC first and see if that fixes it. If not they will send out a tech.
• Yes, I have the protection plan.

Good - if the BBC is not the issue, then you either have:
1 - the wrong multiswitch (not a Zinwell WB68/WB616)
2 - a defective multiswitch
3 - a bad cable

Re: ok heres the new hd's Is it me or is 76 and 278 both Discovery? 76 is showing an HD Theater icon on the bottom right hand corner. 278 has a Discovery icon bottom right hand corner. WTH? |
