I Wish I could Get A New HD Box

I have my third appointment scheduled for thsi Saturday for the new HD box. After Waiting 12 hours two weeks ago they never showed. Also spent about two hours on the phone.

Two days later waited for four hours and agian nobody showed. Another hour plus on the phone.

They are supposedly coming this Saturday, but I will see.

Looking farward to the HD, but will definitely miss the TIVO.
