| I've spent over 2 weeks with ATT getting dry loop dsl. I swear it's easier to break into the CIA than go thru the maze that Bell has set up to avoid providing the promised services.
Without going thru all the steps, just call this number and tell them you want the dry loop. 1-888-838-5413.
My sense of things is that the people in this Dept. are very amicable and anxious to please. However, the ATT parent considers them red headed stepchildren and refuse to acknowledge their existence until forced. |
