I was helping out a friend setting up his new modem from 4100 to a 5101....
The guy on chat told us this
"Alright when we tried to add the new modem, there were some model codes missing from your account"
And he told him to go the local office to fix it....
What does it mean. Is the modem bad or something |

| IMO modem is just fine but what could be a problem is mismatch between modems Serial Number and its MAC address. Sometimes it happens while scanning bar-code. Tech support should be able to fix it over the phone if customer know where to find those numbers
