Re: I can guess "didnt your state vote against crazy theories like evolution...."
Yes, that is essentially correct. The attempt at correlating my location and inability to read seems biased though . Science should be taught much more (often, and with gusto) than it is (everywhere). I was actually somewhat disappointed when I found out how bare the cirriculum was in high school with most science classes. Don't get me wrong, I loved physics, but having a broader variety of options would have been nice. Surprisingly, a high school I attended in Cheyenne as a junior had a bit more variety and an awesome electronics lab Fortunately, I have been done with the public school system for some years (Before the whole fiasco started).
As for the patents, it was (in the context of) a joke bngdup. I have read some of the material when it initially came out, though I'll admit I haven't exactly followed the entire story very closely. The whole thing is kind of silly IMHO; we're talking about a telephone's method of transport here... the rest of the Bell's should sue all of them for ripping off the idea of a handset. (//sarcasm\\)"We ARE All Your Base. All your telephones are belong to us. You have no chance to survive, make your time"(//sarcasm\\) |
