09/19/2007 08:37 PM Dear Name Withheld,As a valued Voipgo customer we would like to provide you with some information about how Voipgo is striving to improve service and to meet the expectations of our customers. Your feedback and comments would be much appreciated over the weeks to come.Voipgo is currently undergoing major restructuring. The following is an analysis of what is to come and how it will affect you.====================VOIPGO.COM====================Voipgo's website (www.voipgo.com) is currently undergoing a complete overhaul. Our new website will be more secure. It will also improve ease of use and you will be able to easily find the answers to your most frequently asked questions. The new website is expected to be operational in the next 2-3 weeks.====================MYVOIPGO====================MyVoipgo is a new all-in-one online billing/support platform. From within, you will be able to easily view and pay your invoices, request assistance with any problems you may encounter, maintain your billing information, resend your Welcome E-mail and so much more! All of this in a highly secure environment. Customer service and security are our number one priorities.MyVoipgo is expected to launch within 1 week.====================SERVICE STANDARDS====================Voipgo is continually working to improve the standards of our services while remaining a low cost provider in comparison to our competitors. We are aware that there have been a lot of issues lately with delays in number porting, service issues (i.e. dialing 800 numbers, soft limits being implemented, etc.) and customer service in general. We are now under new management and are working around to clock to resolve all issues. New systems are being implemented that will make our service a more enjoyable experience. We ask you for your continued patience over the next couple of weeks while Voipgo undergoes restructuring. All tickets are currently being answered in the order they were received and we are working on cutting down on-hold times for online chat and telephone support as well. Support representatives will be properly trained to handle all of your inquiries either via email, online chat or over the phone. If you do require support at this time, please contact us via email using the contact form located on our website or initiate an online chat with one of our representatives. This method will guarantee you the quickest response. We also ask you not to submit duplicate tickets as it will only delay our response times.Once again, we thank you for your continued patience and support. We hope that the above information has shed some light on what is going on behind the scenes and what you can expect from Voipgo in the near future.Best Regards,The Voipgo Team | | bhorow join:2004-05-17 Forest Hills, NY | I have been trying to guess this...On ISP-Planet they list XO communications as having 12,000 customers although these are business and not residential customers. Teleblend could be a possibility..but just on the subscriber number and what i was able to research im guessing Xanado (SP)...I mean there are articles on the internet that has a growing list of VOIP providers in the last 2 years, Its a ridiculous number of companies.
I wonder why isp-planet doesn't list how many packet 8 subs there are or Lingo Subs.
If I recall Sunrocket had 100,000 subs in Quarter 1...It would be bad if teleblend could only hold 15,000 VOIP subs. | |
