Re: We need TBS HD!--DONE DEAL! Your right , i don't even want to get started on what CV should add as far as SD channels, like the one's you said would be great, not to have a channel like BBC America is pretty bad |

Way to treat the customers that are paying the most money for their services Cablevision!! Meanwhile, collect all the money you can while not adding stuff that people want. Honestly, I would personally like to see them cut a deal with FOX and NBC to get the missing channels on Cablevision... and they should add them in SD and HD at the same time. Show us something Cablevision...
Oh, and a big thanks to Verizon for doing a bang up job on FIOS. It had potential to be great, but considering they haven't even started wiring their Englewood, NJ wire center for the Internet Service... Cablevision has a nice chunk of Bergen County that they don't have to worry about competition in for a while.
It was nice to see that they are offering Optimum Online Wifi in my town now though... too bad they offer it on ONE STREET in the middle of town and they told us that it was available right as we approach the dead of winter. |

 | reply to johnnyjump ahhh thats expensive. fios will be competing very aggressively soon. |

|
 | I would love to know why even when they show movies they are not done so in HD, TNT at least has some movies and shows in HD, TBS has absolutely nothing at all, I don't know what is the deal with that policy, do they have to pay more to show the HD versions I presume, TBS HD is a strange one to figure for sure. |

| It must cost more to show HD versions of shows and movies, if that the case why bother calling it TBS HD, TNT is much better alot of shows like Law & Order are in true HD and alot of movies, the picture looks much beter than TBS Sd, but still it's no HD, if this is how these channels are going to promote the new HD channels, it's just not right, if they are not ready to broardcast alot more HD, they just should not put on the channel till they are ready, as i said before CV is not for blame on this one |

Jmartz join:2000-07-20 Tenafly, NJ | Yes, Cablevision is partly to blame for caving into sports fans demands yet again. We have TNT HD because people bitched about the NBA.. we got TBS-HD because people bitched about the baseball playoffs.
Seems Dolan has a soft spot for anyone who wants sports, but if you want something else, well, you are out of luck! |
