Service problems and excessive lagg.

Hey everybody,
My AT&T DSL is having major problems right now, here in Bakersfield California.

Latency is very high, and pages take ages to load.
I've tried rebooting modem, rebooting computer, everything -- same results.

Can anybody report on this?

Maybe you're in an area that they installing U-verse.

There was a major slowdown on this circuit, as I have multiple sources here, outage/slowdown is over.
