<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/853120"><b>dubbemiah</b></A> : Hey Everone, Quick Question:<br><br>We kept losing connection at the cable modem, dropping all wireless/wired connections through the router.  The ISP and myself thought the cable modem was on its way out.  My mother-in-law decided to just to shut everything down and turn the power strip off.  Well, it worked - after I purchased a new modem.<br><br>After trying the new modem, then connecting the old one back, we had the same issue, and turning off the power strip and back on solved the problem.<br><br>Do you think the power strip is bad, or pulling too much current?<br><br>Thanks,<br>Dubbemiah]]></description>
