Brantford, ON | Horrible Service Hello,
I signed up for Inphonex just over a week ago and have had nothing but horrible service. It was working perfect for the first 2 days, then it's all down hill from there. I signed up for the Toll Free Unlimited plan. After it workings fine for 2 days, people from Canada calling the number would get either a busy signal, an all circuits are busy, number not in service, or now, all the time "your call cannot be completed as dialed" I have emailed them numerous times, they take forever to reply and even though i state it used to work just fine, and now people in Canada cannot call me, they respond saying "everything is working fine from USA numbers" and about 4 other emails saying "try it now, it should work" which makes me think they are just clicking buttons hoping for something to work. Anyone else having issues like this with them? It's getting ridiculous now. I'm paying for service I can't even receive. |
