Call into customer support is still questionable about the type of service one will get. I believe that the forum members here more often than not provide better answers. Calling a CSR is necessary to the "infamous" truck roll if needed.

My Mediacom service has been quite good for some time now. I honestly can't complain about the quality for the last years or so.
