Got a list of about 25 names with phone numbers and submitted to Windstream (at that time Alltel). A few months later we had DSL.
Worked here also. I had about 75 names and asked the local how many actually signed up and they sold over 30 the first day available and 50 in the first month. It worked for our area and hope it worked for Windstream getting 50 customers right away.

So how many people in my area can get dsl into
my area is there a limited on people. But i have some people i know wanna adsl here for there
xbox360 gaming around here. But this area here is hurting for dsl all people on 56k's here i need some help on this
anyway but i hope windstream see's this on here.

I'll try take your advice on here but i haven't had time yet been really busy lately around here at work!!!

Yeah back 4 weeks ago,we had one the good cybercafes in live oak went out of lack 4weeks ago.

I'll post on topic on it to find out what happen,
I know it's sad for lan gamers in this area around here.:(
If have firends that lived in that area went to that cybercafe in live oak so they got read my forum topic
about expaining about building i saw in live oak.

When DSL first hit Orange Springs, it was only out of the CO, not the remotes. Well 80% of the people don't live close enough to the CO. So the local restaurant put in wifi for free, just buy a cup of coffee. But there are even fewer laptops here than there are paved roads and it hardly ever got used. They wired up my remote where the owner also lives and he took his modem and router home. Ours was a flash in the pan also, the Kelly Street (Cyber) Cafe. They still make good coffee.
