hope the mother win

if i don't have much asset, for example being a broke college student, i will seek a good lawyer who will take the case for free, of course he gets a portion of the settlement if we win... well assuming we have a good case

What settlement are you talking about? She is being sued by the RIAA. If she wins, she doesn't have to pay anything, but she doesn't get any kind of settlement.
