Request support - that's abnormally low. You should have AT LEAST 10M now, possibly more (Premier subscriber).

Perhaps, but up until the time I tried the reboot I was getting my usual 5Mbps/500k. After the reboot I am struggling to get above 2Mbps. Hmmmmm.....

I have always had a steady 4.8Mbps/500k, it has never been higher. Unfortunately I just reset my modem and now I am getting around 2Mbps/500k!! This sucks, now my speed is half of what it was. Thoughts?
