Charter needs to catch up

think they could of upped the upload???? i mean 1mbps thats nothing.

On DOCSIS 1.1, that's about all they can afford to give until they upgrade to DOCSIS 3.0 or split nodes more. It is still better than before and better than Verizon's 3Mbps/768Kbps tier.
