I just left TWC because I couldn't get even 1 mb of my 8 mb connection during "normal" hours. About the only time I ever saw decent speeds was in the middle of the day when everybody was at school or work or during the middle of the night.

Owensboro, KY		 geez, here in KY our premiere is 8/512, standard is 5/384... i wish we'd see some upgrades

maybe when AT&T decides to up their speeds in the area...
