Noping-
If you want another contact with VZ, let me know. He'll let you out of the ETF.

He cleared up my $1240 STB bill last month.

Jeep, a $1240 STB bill AFTER you canceled the service and returned the equipment???

How many months ago was that??

Holey Shat, they're still at it.

I would have thought they would have tried improving their billing system since they dinged me for $1380 last April.

Problem was that I didn't cancel my service, I still had the boxes, and they were still on the account and in use when they tried to charge me for stealing them.

WTF Verizon ???

I'm in shock, a sign of progress. Readings are now being forwarded to the "video network group," whatever that is. Sounds like it's finally out of the hands of the unresponsive local manager. Probably going to run into the same thing again - no updates for another week

The ticket has been updated, and it looks like some equipment has been changed out. You should have been contacted once that was completed.
