However, on the occasions that I actually used this feature - there was no charge. Don't know, if it's a glitch in a billing system, or "underpromise - overdeliver" but who am I to argue :)

There is a way to set a personalized announcement on the voicemail - I know, because I have it :) But it was awhile since I set it up; so don't remember exactly.

I've been with them for a year and a half, and very happy. However, $10 more for open access seems excessive; and the web site is quite clumsy.
