GA Outage?

From an unhappy customer: "Not sure if you were aware or had anyone that wanted to look into this. BroadVoice VOIP service in GA has been out for a week now. No resolution in site and they refuse to allow you to port your number to another provider. Very sad and the company lacks any form of true customer service. " Comments from any other users?

peter_CA @comcast.net	This may be widespread. I'm in CA and the service stopped working for me today (October 3). Even their web site seems to be down. I've been trying to call their support telephone numbers but I'm left "on hold" forever.
