And the take-rate for the other companies may be due to muni operations, which I suspect garner a greater percentage being lower-cost and more responsive.<br><br>I can get FIOS here, but if the county ran a competing service, I'd almost surely jump over, even if it were at a (slightly) higher-cost.<br>KM]]></description>

There may also be some areas where it's the only option available under a deal the housing developers made with the ISP.]]></description>
