Agreed. And the take-rate for the other companies may be due to muni operations, which I suspect garner a greater percentage being lower-cost and more responsive.
I can get FIOS here, but if the county ran a competing service, I'd almost surely jump over, even if it were at a (slightly) higher-cost. KM
