 | 58 Billion I don't know how they are making this number up....
I personally don't watch any of the crap played on NBC. However, if I did I would TiVo it and and fast forward through the commercials.
So really...isn't TiVo the same as piracy? How is TiVo any different than downloading it from the 'net and watching it without the commercials? |

But look at what they did to ReplayTV. As I recall, it had an auto-skip feature that filtered out the commercials on the fly. I think they were sued out of business. Wonder what the loss numbers claimed by the networks were then? -- There is not a man in the country that can't make a living for himself and family. Irrelavent on where the show you or I watch comes from - especially from a *BROADCAST* network like NBC(Nothing But Crap).
I have been skipping commercials for - decades! If I miss some BS NBC show and decide to download it... WTF? IT was pounded over the entire country... what freakin difference does it make?
NONE! Period!
Now, since I still have a working VCR, *AND* two whoop-ass laptops here that are DVRs(with working FFW buttons on their remotes), *IF* NBC ever gets something worth watching and for some God only knows reason I record it... I'll blow right past their dam commercials anyways!
