| Dry Loop problems
Hi everyone-- I am experiencing a little bit of an issue with my Dry Loop DSL order. I had DSL previously but with a phone line. After reading this forum, I decided to switch over to the dry loop. They gave me the 2 week window, and my DSL went out as expected on Tuesday. However, when I got home from work on Tuesday night, I had some green lights. However, I was getting a "gateway authentication error". I called AT&T to see what the status was. The tier one people had me reset the modem, including doing a hard reset. However, now I am getting 3 solid green lights, and the internet light blinks for a while, then goes red, and eventually goes out. Any ideas as to what may be going on with this?? It seems like I am getting a DSL signal, just not an internet signal? Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I hate having to go through the whole thing w tech support of unplugging the modem, resetting the modem, etc. When I go into the router's diagnostics it says something about no atm header..
