Oh! After AT&T acquires Best Buy, they fire all their DSL techs and replace them with Geek Squad techs. haha.
Well, you know that the Geek Squad techs can fix anything. Even those things that haven't been invented yet. At least that is what they imply in their commercials.

they even fix stuff that's not (yet) broken

so now DSL has gone the way of the big-box-store, commodisized, retailed-out, complete with the inattention to customers true needs. addin those useless geeks and all we get is a recipe for disaster.
