Live Box Showing 1 Think Actual Speed Somethin Different

Hi Ive got a orrage shitty live box that sayin
Attainable download rate (kbps) : 2332

But If i do any speed tests and im doin like 20 from different sites a day the max speed im getin is more like 200 kbps

ive done everythin to get it faster change the cables got no firewall on pluged it in with a cable get them to do tests on the line everything but nothin is getin my speed better any help please
