How long before they expand the rules

How long will it be before they begin to screen for political content that the corporation does not agree with? How long before they begin to kill my posts when I don't like AT&T policies or complain about their services?

How much speed will I lose while they screen.

I'm sure AT&T plans to be perfect but what do I do when they mistake my legal business for something they don't recognize?

Sounds like Vista online to me.
