That's quite a difference - I'd recommend trying tests at speedtest.powergate.ca and speedtest.cogeco.net and let me know what you get.
We have added a new pipe - due to IP wrangling, only half our users are able to use it at this point. God only knows when this will get resolved, it's out of our control.
We're adding a third pipe which will replace the GT/Bell pipe - that should be in place by the end of the month.
