MarkyDPremium join:2002-08-20 Oklahoma City, OK | The constitution will hang by a thread... we're getting so close to that. I hope the American people will pull their heads out and become informed on the candidates for the next election. I hope people will vote in the primaries and the actual election. Unfortunately, the people who complain the most are often the same people who won't vote. There are exceptions to the rule (myself included...) I hate the direction this country is headed. State law is all but null and void. Our constitution is being torn to shreds because "times are changing." Bull. The fundamentals that used to write the constitution are still relevant today. This administration and the mockery they have made of our civil rights makes me sick to my stomach, literally. -- MarkyD, Paper Tiger MCSA 2K3, SCNP, MCDST, MCITP, ACHDS, ACDT, ACPT, ACTC, A+, Network+ Security+, Server+, Certified Ethical Hacker

This administration and the mockery they have made of our civil rights makes me sick to my stomach, literally. Thank you! I couldn't agree with you more. Can you imagine the vitriol from pundits like Limbaugh and Hannity and O'Reilly if a Democrat had said the following:
"Mr. President," one aide in the meeting said. "There is a valid case that the provisions in this law undermine the Constitution."
"Stop throwing the Constitution in my face," Bush screamed back. "It's just a goddamned piece of paper!"
That a president of the United States would even utter such a statement is beyond the pale, but one that not only speaks such but acts accordingly is even worse. He has violated not only the oath of office he took, but the trust of the American people. He and his administration, to a person, should be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law.

| | History will repeat itself. Most of us are not too smart when it comes freedom of speech, freedom of religion. Most will trade privacy for a temporary security IMHO this is all psychological. The fact that most when along their war plan on iraq, afghanistan show that most amiercans don't have any intelligence whatsoever. All it takes is a little shouting, whining from the administration and most are convinced!
Let's kill all dogs and cat, they are a disease on this planet. They make too much much noise and are a threat to our national security. /sarcasm
