1 edit | Thieves Just goes to show, crime doesn't pay. If you steal music, you're a fuc*%ng thief. I don't see what is wrong with paying for music. You pay for bread that someone baked. Gas at the gas station. The TV set in your family room....the excuse that "it was there" doesn't hold water. You have to consciously go connect to servers to steal. If your front door is open and I walk in and take your TV...thats fair....according to the criminals who steal music...door was open, set was there.
You all go to work every day....and most I'd say put in a fair amount of work and expect a check at the end of the pay period...by the same logic, if I was your boss and I decided that your labor should be free as you showed up voluntarily...I could tell the judge, they just showed up and worked...I shouldn't have to pay...wouldn't that bother you? Shouldn't it bother artists who writes, produces, records and then tries to sell their work? Shouldn't they get paid just like anybody else who works?
I don't agree with the RIAA tactics but you should pay for the items you want. Not just take them. That makes you as bad as a @$$hole that walks into a clothing store and steals clothing.
