Yuck.  -JD Oh, the hardware stinks, no doubt. There's no reason that should even be an issue right now. It's almost 2008 and they find a STB that works like it's from 10 years ago. I expected better from a new technology service. Crazy part is, I think the old STB they were using before worked fine.
