Horrendous customer service

Do not ever get yourself roped into purchasing a contract with this company. In fact, stick with dial up. In some cases dial up is faster.

Customer Service is deplorable. I have been waiting to recieve a call from a manager for over three weeks. I was instructed by another customer service representative to delete start up programs off of my brand new computer as they believe that this is the likely cause of the slower than average speeds.

You pay a lot of money for your service. Go through there scripted tech support until you can speak with a level 2 techncian. Once you are there, if they are not able to solve your issue then you need to speak with a manager. Never take the "we cannot do anything for you" line. There is always someone higher you can be speaking with who can get the job done for you.
