Vonics Switch Problem

Just (Sun., 10/0/07 8:00 EDT) got this email from Vonics:

"... Vonics is experiencing technical difficulties with one of our switches. This has resulted in no incoming calls to some of our customers telephone service however; the outgoing calls are working fine...."

Hope they fix it... callers have been getting a "circuit busy" condition intermittently for weeks on my number.
