It uses early clearwave equipment, so I don't think it's "portable", but I think this is were they should head instead of WiFi.

About the wifi though... Why would I have to pay for this? Just allow my phone to connect to any WiFi spot (as long as its capable) and don't charge me. If there is a charge to connect to a certain spot then let me deal with that.
