Does anyone have a real contact number for Teleblend or their parent?
I have called the listed number twice only to wait 30 min for a rep who then "can not hear me" says they hear dead air, and disconnent. |

| I had problems and I sent an email to Lisa Bickford and my refund for two months went through in a matter of days.
I am not certain that she is still with Teleblend...Hope it helps:

| Well I finally got through to teleblend last night (on the toll free number). At 1AM EST, I only waited a few minutes...
I've been trying to cancel my account for nearly two months.
He submitted ANOTHER trouble ticket (I have two from last month asking "is my account cancelled yet?")
After the sunrocket fiasco, I'm hesitant about paying upfront.
I've always been hesitant about auto-pay on credit card arrangements, now I know why (teleblend keeps charging my credit card, amex gives me a chargeback, teleblend rebills for the chargeback).
Amazing how they took a working system and made it not work. |
